The Klinkam Company provides project planning, design management, budget development, cost control, scheduling, consultant team building, contractor selection, construction administration and owner representative services for institutional and commercial construction projects.  Since 1987, we have assisted owners in the successful planning, development and construction of healthcare, private education, childcare and commercial building projects throughout the Northwest and West Coast.

We apply project administration expertise and effective leadership to manage the people, finances and resources necessary to achieve a successful project.  Our job is to listen, understand the owner’s project objectives and provide the administrative tools to implement them.
